Barbara Ann Miller was born August 4, 1959, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Ephraim and Laverne (Barnes) Miller. She passed away on February 13, 2023, in West Plains, Missouri, at the age of 63.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Ephraim and Laverne; twin daughters, Jackie Laverne and Toni Renea; sisters, Marcella Williams and Wanda Mooney; and nephews, Ricky Chilton and Randy Mooney.

Survivors include her husband, Walter Weible; stepson, Darrell Weible; stepdaughter, Ashley Weible; and grandchildren, Joey and Anjylita.

Barbara was a light in this world, and everyone around her knew how special she was. She liked painting and going to the river and camping. She enjoyed just getting out and going places. She loved taking care of Walter and loved her little dog, Skeeter.
