Beverly Ann
Sanders
Apr 18, 1965 — Sep 1, 2022
Beverly Ann Sanders was born in Mountain View, Missouri, on April 18, 1965 to Charles Emory (Joe) Mitchem and Judith Ann (Treese) Mitchem. She went to her heavenly home on September 1, 2022. Bev was united in marriage to Mark Sanders on March 12. 1983. To this union, two children were born, Casen James and Crystal Ann Sanders.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Judy Mitchem; brother, Brad Mitchem; granny, Gatie Mitchem; and nephew, Mikey Sanders.
Bev is survived by her longtime boyfriend, Robert Patteson; daughter, Crystal Sanders; son, Casen Sanders; sister, Bridget Kalman; several grandchildren, Justin Lee, Jayden Sanders, Treyton Lilly, Landyn Lilly, Laykln Sanders, Hayden Sanders, Marilyn Sanders, Axen Miller, and Hayden Barr Sanders; nieces, Makalie Kalman and Salena Borgman; and nephew, Tanner Kalman.
She lived in Oklahoma for the last few years, but her heart was always back in Missouri with the rivers and smalltown living. She loved fishing, floating, and going camping. She worked road construction and sold insurance.
Bev loved life, to laugh, and visit with friends. She had a generous heart and was always willing to help someone in need. She loved getting to see her grandkids as much as possible and they were the biggest joy of her life. If you knew Bev, then you know she was late to everything. That girl never got in a hurry to go anywhere. That being said, she had a strong faith in God and was ready to go be with him, her parents, granny, and brother. As sad as it is for those of us left behind, it gives us peace that she is no longer in pain. You have fought a good fight and will be very missed, but it's time for you to gain your wings and fly. Soar high Bev.
A Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Mount Zion Cemetery, Winona, Missouri, with Reverend Darrell Derryberry officiating. Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com.
