Bobby Reese was born on December 5, 1940, in Mountain View, Missouri, the son of Willie and Virgie (Thomas) Reese. He passed away peacefully on April 17, 2022, at his son's home in Ferguson, Missouri, at the age of 81 years.

He was united in marriage to Pauline E. Christy on January 27, 1959, in Montier, Missouri, and to this union, three sons were born.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Helen Reese.

He is survived by his wife, Pauline Reese; three sons, Eugene R. Reese of Winnie, TX, David W. Reese of Mountain View, MO, and Stephen L. Reese (Sheila) of Ferguson, MO; three siblings, Elsie Hatfield of Winnie, TX, Faye Chowning (Leo) of Mountain View, MO, and Roy Reese (Terri) of Salt Lake City, UT; one granddaughter, Stephanie N. Anderson (Marcus) of Ferguson, MO; and one great-grandson, Nathaniel Reese Anderson of Ferguson, MO.

Bobby attended Mountain View High School. He worked as a crane operator and later started his own company, "Reese Excavating," as well as farming. He and his wife were members of the Church of God Prophecy.

Bobby was a hard worker and loved what he did. He loved going to the coffee shop every morning with the "guys" while his dog waited in the truck. His dogs went everywhere with him. Bobby loved his wife and family and had a very tender heart. He was loved and will be greatly missed.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Pilgrim Rest Cemetery, Mountain View, Missouri, with Rev. Billy Jones officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 22, 2022, at Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of God of Prophecy, 911 E.
