Christine Eva "Tuney" (Snider) Lawson was born on December 17, 1928, in Fremont, Missouri, to Billy Snider and Minnie (Bell) Little. She passed away on January 19, 2024, at Mountain View Healthcare, Mountain View, Missouri.

Christine graduated high school in Fremont in May of 1947. On April 5, 1947, she was united in marriage to Jesse Otto Lawson, and to this union, three children were born Ronald "Ronnie" Jesse, Terrance "Terry" Wayne, and Sharon Ruth.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse, in 1990.

Survivors include her three children, Ronnie Lawson and wife, Kathy, Terry Lawson, and Sharon Story and husband, Jimmy; daughter-in-law, Brenda; grandchildren, Pud, LaShawna, Tony, Terri Michelle "Sis", Kristy, and Jessica; step-grandchildren, Billy, Kelli, and Adam; 12 great-grandchildren; 10 step great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and 3 step great-great-grandchildren

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 26, 2024, at Church of God, Birch Tree, Missouri, with Bro. Garry Reagan officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at Yarber Mortuary, Birch Tree. Interment will be in Bethany Chapel Cemetery, Eminence, Missouri.
