Obituary

Cindy Lee Sullivan was born on December 9, 1963, in St. Louis County, Missouri, to Edward and Marceda Roblin. She passed away peacefully on July 12, 2026, in Willow Springs, Missouri.

Cindy grew up in and graduated from school in Kirkwood, Missouri. She became a police dispatcher. In 1984, she met John Sullivan, who was a police officer, and they were married in November of that year.

She had two daughters, Audrey Jo and Katherine, and became a stepmother and friend to Alexandra and Dee. In 1989, after John's retirement, the family moved to Howell County, and in 1994 they moved to their home in Mountain View in the Grace Chapel area. Cindy loved the Ozarks and worked hard to make a good home for her family. She was involved in her daughters' school and was always a Liberty Eagles fan. She rescued animals and always had dogs, cats, and whatever critters around for the next 30 years. Cindy worked in retail sales in the Willow Springs area. In 2024, the farm was struck by an F3 tornado. During the cleanup, she became ill with the resulting diagnosis of stage 4 cancer. With family support, she fought the good fight and enjoyed two more Christmases and 18 months of family living.

Cindy is survived by her husband, John; her daughters, Katherine and Audrey Jo Cameron of Paris, AR, Dee Evans and husband Russell, and Alexandra Mills and husband Rick of Clarksville, MO. She is further survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including a special grandson, Zachary Sullivan, who moved back to be with and help his grandparents this year.

She is preceded in death by her parents and parents-in-law, with whom she had a very deep relationship.

At her wish, she will be interred next to her mother-in-law, Audrey, at Grace Cemetery, Mountain View, Missouri, in a private graveside service. Arrangements were made under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View, Missouri.
