Deborah Lynn Henry, age 66, passed away on July 12, 2022, at Mercy St. Francis Hospital, Mountain View, Missouri. She was born to Richard and Mary Jean (LaFontain) Lamons on July 11, 1956, in West Plains, Missouri. Deborah married Michael R. Henry on April 25, 1998, at Mt. Zion Church, Pomona, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Mary Lamons; grandparents, Earl and Ianis Lamons; siblings, Shannon D. Johnson and husband, Paul, and Shawna Whippo.

Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Michael Henry of Mountain View, MO; two sons, Chris Robertson and Zachary Robertson, both of Springfield, MO; one granddaughter, Ashton MacKenzie Burleson (Jacob) of Shepherdsville, KY; and four great-grandchildren, Aiden, Alan, Wyatt, and Liam.

Deborah was a cook for many years, but her favorite job was being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an avid gardener and a wonderful caretaker of animals. She was a friend to many and will be missed dearly.

A memorial graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 18, 2022, at Mt. Zion-Poe Hill Cemetery, Pomona, Missouri, with Pastor Nolan Wilkins officiating, under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View, Missouri. Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com.
