Geoffrey Philipp Joseph Ouellette was born on February 1, 1953, in New Egypt, New Jersey to Leon and Leonila (Ogena) Ouellette. He succumbed to ill health from the complications of diabetes on August 11, 2023, at Ozarks Healthcare, West Plains, Missouri.

He grew up in Massachusetts and then moved to the Springfield, Missouri, area to attend the seminary. Geoffrey was a faithful worshiper of Jesus Christ, but also worked in the Sheriff's Department and was a talented artist.

Geoffrey is survived by sisters Linda Kraus and Alyx Sandborg; brother, Roland Ouellette; daughter, Kara Sargent; granddaughter, Felicia Barlang; and great-granddaughter, Athena Pierce.
