Georgia Jean Ladd, age 75, passed away on February 6, 2024, at Riverways Manor, Van Buren, Missouri. She was born on June 25, 1948, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, to George W. and Doris Jean (Smith) Landrum.

Georgia was preceded in death by her husband, Tony J. Ladd; her parents, George and Doris Landrum; and one son, Eric Ladd.

She is survived by four children, Jeff Ladd, Rebecca Rathburn and husband, Claude, Samantha Ladd, and Michael Ladd; one brother, Keith Landrum and wife, Ann; six grandchildren, Jacob Rathburn, Cassy Naeger and husband, James, Chelsea Braswell, Kiersten Ladd, Brittany Straw and husband, Thomas, and Caitlin Ladd; and eight great-grandchildren, Ben, Lucas, Madison, Cooper, Aaron, Elizabeth, James, and Alexander.

Georgia was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Yarber Mortuary, Birch Tree, Missouri. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1-2:00 p.m. also at the funeral home. Interment will be in Oak Forest Cemetery, Birch Tree. Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com.
