Grafton Daniel King was born to Joel Daniel and Ollie (Barger) King on July 7, 1942, in Rosebud, Arkansas. He departed this life on July 26, 2021, at the age of 79.

He was united in marriage on June 7, 1962, in Searcy, AR to Lois Jean Cox, and to this union, three children were born, David, Brian, and Deborah.

Grafton is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lois King of Willow Springs, MO; two sons, David King and wife Kelly of Kokomo, IN and Brian King of Mountain View, MO; one daughter, Deborah Jeffries of Mountain View, MO; seven grandchildren, Alan, Ashley, Zeppelin, Tabatha, Nick, Gage, and Madison; and five great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and twelve siblings.

Grafton was always busy, and if he was using his hands, he was happy. He worked in construction, in an apple orchard, and enjoyed working on cars.
