Janice Ruth (Collins) Gregory was born on March 7, 1944, to William David and Margaret Ann (Sisney) Collins, in Pontiac, Missouri. She passed away on December 11, 2023, at her daughter's home in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of 79.

Janice was united in marriage to Herbert Lee Gregory on September 24, 1966, and to this union three children were born.

Janice is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, Herbert Glenn Gregory; six brothers; three sisters; and many other relatives.

She is survived by one daughter, Mary Dressler and son-in-law, Matthew of Springfield, MO; one son, William Gregory of Mansfield, MO; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Bonnie Stephenson and brother-in-law, Wendell of Quincy, MO; five sisters-in-law and their spouses; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Janice will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Memorial graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Forest Dell Cemetery, Mountain View, Missouri, under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View.
