Jessie Marie Butler was born June 10, 1938, to Elmer Dale and Georgia (Hanna) Finch in Birch Tree, Missouri. She died on February 2, 2021, at the age of 82.

She married John Butler on July 30, 1957, and to this union, five children were born; Christine, Kimberly, Dale, Dal, and Doug.

Marie is preceded in death by her husband, John Butler; parents, Elmer Dale and Georgia Finch; two brothers, Jim and Bud Finch; daughter, Christine Butler; and one grandchild, Shelby Butler.

She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Kelly and husband Cody of Birch Tree, MO; three sons, Dale Butler, Dal Butler, Doug Butler and wife Michelle all of Mountain View, MO.; four grandchildren, John Kelly and wife Shelly, Ashley Kelly, Collin Butler, and wife Lauren, Trevor Butler and wife Kennedy; and one great-grandchild, Kylin Kelly.

Marie retired from Beverly Enterprise where she worked as a Business Administrator for many years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church where she volunteered and was able to use her love of cooking to serve for the AWANA program. Marie also served in many other clubs and organizations. She loved working in her flower beds and enjoyed sitting on her patio watching the hummingbirds.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 13, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Yarber Mortuary in Mountain View, Missouri with Pastor Jeremiah Nichols officiating, under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View, Missouri.
