Joshua Levi Shelton passed away on May 23, 2026, in Mountain View, Missouri. He was born on October 13, 1984, in Santa Ana, California, to Daniel Levi Shelton and Peggy Sue Millsap.

He is survived by his loving mother, Peggy Millsap; his spouse, Miranda Nicole Fisher; step children, Riley Dean, Bailey Katherine Marie, and Hunter Lee; four sisters, Jessi Woolsey and husband, Jay, Brianna Davis and husband, Remi, Mandi Thurman and husband, Steven, and Marthanna Britt and husband, Allen; eleven nieces and nephews, Tanner Levi, Jaycelynn Mae, Cason Owen Joe, Owen Jax, Charlie Louise, Ellie Joe, Zachary Lee, Michael Conrad, David Ray, Mathew Allen, Jonathan Edgar, and one more on the way; one great niece, Evelyn Lucille; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his father, Daniel Levi Shelton.

Josh went to Job Corps and graduated there with his high school diploma and a culinary arts degree. Cooking was his real passion, and he was an amazing cook who loved having everyone try his cooking. He enjoyed carving wood and playing in the pool with the kids. He had a huge heart full of love. He will be deeply missed by many.
