Katherine Elaine Weaver, age 64, passed away on February 16, 2024. She was born on October 11, 1959, in Texas County, Missouri, to Edward and Betty Ross (Buckley) Hodge.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Betty.

Survivors include her cousins, Leta Woolard and husband, Vaden, Jerry Counts and partner, Allison, Kerry Counts, Lorna Garrison and husband, Gary, and Lana Cypret; and a host of family and friends.

Kathy was deeply involved in her church and enjoyed being with family and friends. She also enjoyed being outdoors and loved Colorado. The world has lost a wonderful light.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at Yarber Mortuary, Eminence, Missouri, with Pastor Wayne Crider officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, also at the funeral home. Interment will be in Flatwoods Cemetery, Eminence.
