Lowell "Dean" Plumb of Winona, Missouri passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022, in Mountain View, MO at the age of 85. He was born in Douglas County, MO (Ava, MO) on November 15, 1936.

Dean was greatly known for being hard-working and successful in his love for gardening.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Noah Arvil and Dortha Mae (Anderson) Plumb; sister, Nola "Jean" (Plumb) Richardson; and brother, Norval "Earl" Plumb, and wife, Eunice.

He is survived by his sister, Katherine (Plumb) Shaw; brother, Jim Plumb; sons, Vince Plumb, Wes Plumb, Matt Plumb, and Nate Plumb; thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his stepson, Russel Martin; stepdaughters, Bridgette Bradshaw, and Shelia Sappington; a granddaughter he raised and considered his own, Shayla Martin; and eight grandchildren he helped raise and eleven great-grandchildren.

Dean will be missed by many.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Yarber Mortuary, Winona, Missouri, with Hollie Jackson officiating.
