Matthew James Kester, age 35, passed away on December 16, 2025, at his home in Willow Springs, Missouri. He was born on February 9, 1990, in West Plains, Missouri, to Marvin Michael and Joyce Ann (Stone) Kester.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ronald Lawson, Geraldine Stone, Walter Kester, and Eunice Kester.

Matthew is survived by his parents, Mike and Joyce Kester; two brothers, Michael and Marty Kester; one sister, Donna Kester; and his four children, Kayda, Kennady, Kaden, and Katrina.

Matthew loved spending time with his family. He like working on different things, hanging out at the river, swimming, and cookouts. He was a hard worker and enjoyed helping his family buy and collect walnuts in the Fall. Matthew will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
