Peggy Jean Spencer, 70, of Deepwater, Missouri departed this life Friday, December 18, 2020, at her home, with her husband by her side.  She was born January 18, 1950, in Oak Grove, Missouri to Clarence and Ethel Fern (Robison) Dike.  Peggy was united in marriage to Charles "Chuck" Wilson Spencer on February 14, 1995, in Independence, Missouri.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ethel; one sister, Sissy Dike Smith and her husband; and one brother, William "Billy" Dike.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Charles "Chuck" Wilson Spencer; son, Adam Hurshman, of Kansas City, MO; daughter, Jennifer Stauch and husband Jeff and their children, of Lawrence, KS; stepson, Tim Spencer and his children, from Broken Arrow, OK; stepdaughter, Sandra Spencer Frazier and husband Matt, and their children, of Owasso, OK; and stepdaughter, Cheryl Spencer, of Wagoner, OK. Also surviving are brothers, Shorty Dike and wife Karen, of Centerview, MO and Charlie Dike and wife Patty, of Kansas City, MO.

Peggy loved putting puzzles together, playing cards at the kitchen table, crocheting, dancing, and loved working in her garden, planting flowers and vegetables.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Yarber Mortuary, Willow Springs, Missouri, with visitation beginning at 12:00 noon. Interment will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Willow Springs. Missouri.  Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com .
