Raymond Morris, 56, of Birch Tree, Missouri died November 25, 2020, at his home.

He was born July 8, 1964, in Vicksburg, Mississippi to Paul and Georgia Mae (Morris) Carter. He met Sherrie Raye Pendergrass in 1994 and they married on September 2, 2000.

Raymond attended Northern Iowa Area Community College, in Mason City, Iowa. He served in the United States Navy from 1983-1985, in Chicago, Illinois, as a Third-Class Petty Officer. Raymond enjoyed spending time with family and was an avid sports fan.

Raymond is preceded in death by his mother, Georgia Mae Morris; and father, Paul Carter.

He is survived by his wife, Sherrie; four daughters, Tiffany Jones, Kiaira Morris, Amber Owens, and Diana Morris; one son, Michael Ray Jones; two brothers, Anthony Morris, and Jerome Carter; sister, Yolanda Dean of Atlanta, GA; many grandchildren and other family whom he cherished.

Cremation arrangements were made under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the Prostate Cancer Society. Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com .
