Ricky Dean Huffman, age 58, was born January 28, 1967, in Thayer, Missouri, to James E. and Clara (Miller) Huffman. He passed away on August 13, 2025, at his home in Birch Tree, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Betty Jane Eichenberg on June 29, 2001, in Perkins, Illinois. To this union, one son was born, Derick Ray Huffman.

Ricky is survived by his wife, Betty Huffman of Birch Tree; one son, Derick Huffman of Birch Tree; two siblings, Earl W. Huffman of Arkansas and Francis Huffman-Eubanks of Missouri.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Clara and James Huffman, and one brother, Robert Huffman.

Ricky was a very honest, generous, and caring person. He would do anything for anyone without a complaint. He loved his dog, Little Bit, his family, cooking, and lottery tickets. He always put himself as a last priority. His compassion for others made him well-liked and loved. He will be very much missed and loved for always.
