Sandra Lee Hunt went to her heavenly home on March 8, 2025. Sandy was born on June 4, 1945, to Cecil and Lena (Black) Grieb, in St. Louis, Missouri.

On December 23, 1961, Sandy married Ed Hunt in St. Louis, Missouri. To this union two sons were born, Edward and John.

Sandy always called herself the city girl that Ed moved to the country. Sandy found herself in several occupations with Ed. She worked alongside Ed on the dairy and egg farm and eventually in truck driving.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ed; her parents Cecil and Lena Grieb; mother and father-in-law, Wade and Aline Hunt; and brothers-in-law, Jim and Gary Hunt.

Sandy is survived by her sons, Edward and wife Lillian of Gulfport, MS, and John and wife Angie of West Plains, MO; grandchildren, Brian Hunt of Fort Smith, AR, Brandon Hunt of West Plains, MO, Travis Hunt of Gulfport, MS, and Brandi Hunt of West Plains, MO; four great-grandchildren, Baylee, Brayden, Braxton, one due in August.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17, 2025, at Greenlawn Cemetery, Mountain View, Missouri. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12- 12:45 p.m. at Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View, Missouri. Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com.
