Sheila Ann Peterman, age 61, entered the gates of Heaven on July 13, 2022, in Willow Springs, Missouri. She was born to Oscar Vernon and Eddith Lea (Brooks) Smith on July 22, 1960, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Sheila married Jerry Peterman, and together they had seven children, Curtis, William, Crue, Hollie, Rick, Krisie, and Darci.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Jerry Peterman; her parents, Oscar and Eddith Smith; one son, Crue Ridenoure; one grandson, Bailey; and one nephew, Nathan Smith.

Survivors include six children, Curtis Francis and wife, Emilie, William Mattison, Hollie Kojecki and husband, Matt, Rick Peterman, Krisie Wilkins, and Darci Edwards and husband, Tristan; two sisters, Cynthia and Tammy Smith; three brothers, Vernon Smith, Micheal Smith, and Chad Leisenring; and 25 grandchildren, Tylor, Kabella, James, Aliyah, Jace, Lola, Addylin, Benjamin, Harper, Delta, Macklynn, Ryoma, Rune-Li, Elyse, Gavin, Kaydence, Brennan, Chloey, Keelynn, Toryn, Quillan, Rory, Kyrie, Lynnlee, and Quentin.

Sheila was a devoted Christian, mother, and grandma. Many people would describe her as a friend to anyone and willing to help anyone in need. She enjoyed decorating her home, planting flowers, and taking her grandchildren fishing. She will be missed by many.
