Susan Betsy Eslinger was born to Garland Lewis and Frankie Mae (Simmons) Allen on March 18, 1952, in Tucson, Arizona. She departed this life at her home in Mountain View, Missouri, on March 16, 2023, at the age of 70.

She was married on September 25, 1993, in Mountain View, to George Leroy Eslinger, and to this union, seven children were united, Mary Ann, Doris Jean, Donald Henry, George LeRoy, Lewis Wayne, Melissa Kay, and Michael Sean.

Susan is survived by her seven children, Melissa Lowe and husband David, and Michael Sean McAfee and wife, Becky, Mary Ann Woods and husband, Dale, Doris Jean Forquer and husband, Clinton, Donald Henry Eslinger and wife, Stephanie, George LeRoy Eslinger and wife, Joy, Lewis Wayne Eslinger and wife, Ginger; two brothers, Lloyd and wife Alice and Larry Frye and wife Karla; sixteen grandchildren, Jordan McAfee and Melissa McAfee, Tanya Hesseltine, Yolanda Campbell, Jeremy Forquer, Jeannie Marie Putnam and fiancé, Thom Bowman, Cory Eslinger, Andy Eslinger, Cristie Eslinger Johnson, Angie Miller, Mike Eslinger, Johnathan Eslinger, Elizabeth Eslinger, Levi Sorensen, Bobby and Emillie Sorensen, Terry Anderson II, Bo and Desiree Anderson.

She is preceded in death by her husband, George Eslinger, and her parents, Garland Lewis and Frankie Allen.
