Travis Dean Francis was born on May 16, 1983, to Tom and Linda (Keeton) Francis in Mountain View, Missouri. He passed away on March 24, 2023, in Mountain View.

He was united in marriage to Shaina (King) Francis on September 29, 2012. Together they raised four children, Chase (son of Travis and Amanda German), Dakota, Kaylee, and Walker.

Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Shaina; his parents, Tom and Linda Francis; and four children, Chase Francis, Dakota Francis, Kaylee Francis, and Walker Francis.

Travis was employed by Ingram Barge Company for five years and was previously employed by Canal Barge for sixteen years. When he was home off the boats, he loved spending time with his family, and going on many different outdoor adventures. Travis had a quirky, odd sense of humor at any given moment. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View, Missouri, with Daniel Woolsey officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10-11:00 a.m. also at the funeral home. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Mountain View.
