Lieutenant Colonel Wyatt Lee Schneider, age 87, of Mountain View, Missouri, passed away on January 24, 2022, at Willow Care Nursing Home, Willow Springs, Missouri. He was born to Joseph and Edna (Thompson) Schneider on December 8, 1934, in Nebraska.

He was a proud veteran that served as a helicopter pilot in the Air Force during the Vietnam War.

Wyatt was united in marriage on March 21, 2005, to Saundra Hart in Camdenton, Missouri. Within this union, he adopted three daughters were born, Samantha, Sharon, and Stacy.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Joyce and Dorothy; and three children, Lee, Mike, and Scottie

Survivors include his wife, Saundra Schneider of the home; three daughters, Sharon Evans, Stacy Knowles, and Samantha Cranor; and four grandchildren, Ryland Cranor, Aurora Knowles, Finnick Evans, and Aria Evans.

Wyatt was a loving and godly man who was well-liked by whoever he met. He enjoyed fishing and had a passion for studying the Bible and helping others. He was deeply loved by his family and will be greatly missed.
