Zella Mae (McGrath) Seats was born to William Henry and Ivle Edna (Blackborn) McGrath on September 10, 1923, in Teresita, Missouri. She departed this life at Ozark Nursing and Care Center, Ozark, Missouri on July 29, 2021, at the age of 97 years, 10 months.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Dale Seats; parents, William and Ivle McGrath; one son, Tony Seats; and two infant daughters.

Zella is survived by one daughter, Cleata Dailene Collins; three granddaughters, Autumn Davae Dieckmann and husband, Kyle, Cindy Pick and husband, Jeff, and Serena Seats; one grandson, Matt Seats and wife, Amber; seven great-grandchildren; one daughter in law, Connie Seats; and two step-grandchildren, Julie Gideon and Junior Oziah.

Zella was a lifelong member of Mountain View Christian Church.  She will be remembered as a caring and generous lady, loved by all.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 2, 2021, at Mountain View Christian Church with Pastor Rodney McCann officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10-11:00 a.m. also at the church. Interment will be in Old City Cemetery, Mountain View, Missouri.
